After our Onboarding Specialist confirms all of the details of your order, they'll introduce you to your dedicated Customer Success Manager (CSM), who will be your main point of contact throughout our relationship. Our CSMs have in-depth experience working with our customers to reach their content goals and are a great asset to your team.
Your CSM will schedule a kick-off session where you'll meet the rest of your team, review your goals and brand information and outline your content production lifecycle based on your Content Plan. This 45-minute call allows us to establish a dialogue that is key to a successful partnership.
Once the kick-off session is completed, your Managing Editor takes all of the information we learned and starts ideating topics and creating your ClearVoice Content Calendar. Your Talent Manager will also start onboarding the freelance talent who'll create the content for your Content Plan. Our team will work closely with you to ensure the content we produce meets your expectations and then we'll repeat the process month over month.
